Trying to figure out the percentage that an NBA team wins a game and also out-assists the other team

I have certainly noticed a correlation to the winning team in a given NBA game also having more assists than the other team. I am trying to find a statistics website that will allow me to calculate, for all games this season, what percentage of the games the winning team also had more assists than the losing team. (Note: Suggestions such as "try NBA.com" or "ESPN.com" are not helpful. I am specifically trying to find out how strongly these statistics are related. Read the question carefully!)

i dont know if there really is a specific website that will help you with the calculating. raw data, though, shouldn't be a problem if you go to 82games.com or basketball-reference.com (i know that's not the kind of answer you're looking for, sorry).

basketball-reference.com has game logs for each team for each season; what you can do is look at the results of the games teams played and compare their assists numbers.
